Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at hello@misheo.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

 

Shipping Carrier And Times
Orders will be shipped by Canada Post when possible. Delivery can take anywhere from 6-10 days. Due to Covid-19, shipping may take longer than usual. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

 

Duties and Taxes
Please note that international orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees may be due upon receipt and shall be paid by the customer. 

 

Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 18 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds And Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges may be made within 14 days after you have received your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@misheo.com. Returns may be made for products in their original packaging, unworn and unused.  Please note that postal costs for returned items are the customer’s responsibility.
